I’m so grateful to have found Sarah! She is incredibly professional & knowledgeable about the body. I have seen her regularly to help manage chronic pain related to mild scoliosis & hyper mobility. With her manual therapy and a consistent workout practice, I am able to function with so much more ease on a day to day basis. Highly recommend her work!

I’m not even sure where to start, because wow. Sarah is not only an incredible massage therapist, but her kind and soothing energy is unmatched. I have endometriosis, which makes it tough sometimes for me to even know what my body needs from me. Sarah’s in depth knowledge of anatomy (and deeply invested level of care) leads her to providing the most perfectly curated treatment, and leaves me feeling better than I thought was possible before walking in the door. She is the absolute best, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a professional, warm and seriously skilled massage therapist.
