Sarah is a welcoming, loving soul who takes extra care to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. Her massages are amazing. She communicates with you to make your massage the best it can be and fit your individual needs every time. She has helped me with migraines, chronic pain, and relaxation. Sarah has been the best massage therapist I have ever been to. I have had many throughout my life and have never had one that I would say, "My massage therapist is..." when referring one to someone. Why? Because she caters to YOUR needs & wants. She will go as soft or hard as you want. If you need to focus on the back or another area for the majority of the time, she will do that. Just gotta speak up! She adjusts AND REMEMBERS what you like and don't like. She will ask you what music you prefer, what scent for the lotion and will either chat or be silent. She is there for YOU! If I could do 10 stars I would. Oh, and her space is very tidy & well put together.

Sarah made me a believer in the power of having a massage. Today was my very first one and I will definitely be making them part of my health journey. I had no idea until today how much my body needed it.
