I was in a lot of pain and also lost in the parking lot when I arrived for my first appointment with Sarah. When I'm in pain, I can't think clearly. Sarah waited for me at the door while I found her building. Sarah has a very calming presence, while I was over the top. I explained where my pain was and that I had the same pain before, from injuring my back a few years ago . Thirty eight years of floor nursing, wreaked havoc on my body. This is a long overdue but much-deserved 5-star review for Sarah Mattingley! Last spring, I sought out Sarah's services for help with extreme leg stiffness and knee pain (I was in the process of recovering from a knee injury, and I suspect that my super stiff muscles contributed to that knee injury). For my first appointment, I scheduled a 30-minute "Deep Tissue/Neuromuscular Realignment" during which we focused on my legs, per my request. My overall experience can be summed up in one word: Wow! After only one session, I had regained a level of flexibility in my legs that had been gone for literally two years or more despite my best efforts at stretching, rolling, etc. After this first session with Sarah, my calves and hamstrings felt soooo much better. This 44-year-old felt 39 again! Ha!

I had a session two weeks ago with Sarah Mattingley for a Access Consciousness Bars Session. I had been curious about this type of modality for quite a while now. So I thought I would give it a try with Sarah. I have to say WOW! I always wonder if I am not getting a massage if I am truly going to be able to relax. I relaxed and then some. During the service Sarah gently touched me by cradling my head and holding at different points. I felt my anxiety melt away... I also noticed that I was less reactive and able to stay asleep at night! Thanks Sarah for such a wonderfully relaxing experience!

Sarah is great and so knowledgeable. I rock climb and train regularly, so my body is always a mess. She helped me with a wrist issue that had been causing me so much pain, and she really worked out my back. I cant recommend her enough!

Sarah gives one of the BEST massages I’ve ever had! I especially love the techniques she uses on neck and shoulders. She’s wonderful!
