Recently I have had the immense relief of an MFR & Reiki session for not only myself but also for my toddler. My toddler suffered from torticollis at birth and has issues sleeping, a lot of tension. I contacted Sarah about it and within 4 sessions, my toddler is sleeping better, walking better, and climbing everything with even more confidence! I am constantly telling other parents about MFR and Sarah! She also taught me things I could do at home in between sessions to help my toddler along! The difference has been astounding. For myself, the session was freeing! I haven't felt so loose in my neck and shoulders in years! Relief, massages never gave me! I cannot recommend Sarah enough!
