If I could give MINUS 10 I would! Going 2 yrs. Michelle does nice pedi. Took mom-in-law & cousin. So more business. Had pedi appt for 12/19/24. I'm ca survivor. Was at Roswell in afternoon w/ friend whose husband has cancer. We all left & I went to Kohls. Was then going to relax w/ pedi at Sarah Anns, but got call that her husband was in extreme pain & needed his pain meds. SO, I picked them up & drove downtown Bflo. It was dark & the glare on the roads was bad. I was running behind, so I had my husband call Sarah's to tell Michelle I would be a little late. Well, it was busy on the 33 & I just couldn't find a way out. Of course, my appt was at 5:15PM. I had cataract surgery recently too & it made the glare worse, but my eyes are so much better during the day. I stopped at a gas station &

Love Sarah Ann Salon! Michelle always does a great job with my hair and the staff is friendly and helpful. Very reasonable for a cut and style.

All hair salons are charging way too much for a haircut these days, but I did get a very nice haircut here as a birthday present just a couple of hours before that terrible pre-Christmas blizzard hit. The lady was very nice and she did a great job with my hair. I'm giving the salon 4 stars because 1) all hair salons around WNY need to lower their prices and 2) people need to start being well-trained in how to thread eyebrows. Threading is so much better than waxing, and maybe, hopefully, Sarah's can be the first place in East Aurora that does eyebrow threading, wink, wink, nudge, nudge. PS. While everyone's prices have gone up, and yes Sarah's is pricy at least it's not "highway robbery" like what my mom paid once at Cielo's -good Lord on that monstrosity of a price

I have arthritis in my hips and go there for a pedicure and foot and leg massage. Jamie does a wonderful job. It makes my feet and legs feel so good. She also gives me my haircut. I highly recommend her.
