Sarah African hair braiding

Scheduled appointment for 8 Saturday morning . Arrived early waited not long . Showed pictures of style I wanted . Received a quote for 210 i asked her to repeat because I didn’t understand her she spelled it out . Finally get started 3 different people began to straighten my hair out ! Finally started braiding I feel a braid and say could it be bigger Sarah said no because it wouldn’t look good . Continuing and I see it’s NOT the style I want . She keeps braiding even after I said repeatedly IT IS NOT WHAT I WANT ! Sarah then began to ask other ladies in the shop if my pictures matched her work again she was told NO ! I’m PISSED because I have sat 8 hours for nothing ! Time to pay she said 220 I said no ma’am thats not what you said Sarah says why would I lie I said why would I lie ?

Over charging, very money hungry...you go there with a pacific hairstyle that u would want...and they gonna do what they want to do to your hair😡i do not recommend,

Rude I had a family emergency and she refused to give me a deposit back. Now I see why your business and review are bad. Very disappointing You will not be bless doing others wrong

DON'T GO..SAVE YOUR COINS! I don't know if the same woman still works there. She's a fair skinned African woman, don't know her name but she did a LOUSY job on my hair & she overcharged me! She's VERY rude & unprofessional, and refused to correct her mess up or at least try to work with me. She charged me $85 for only braiding HALF of my head!!👎👎

When I arrived and spoke with them about my hair style they laughed. I thought that in this profession a stylist should be educated on various braiding styles. The stylist was oblivious to making a straight part with a comb. Very disappointed with my experience. Will never spend another dime with them. It's sad they lost a good paying customer.
