Went there for my first time. My eyebrows were sculpted and trimmed to perfection. I do recommend this place. I am going to return to explore the many services they offer to keep us looking and feeling beautiful. Thank you ladies!!!

I can't belive it was just around the corner from my house. I can't recall the tech's name, but my eyebrows were done beautifully! I will be returning for sure.

Do I even need to explain what happened. I came in for an eye wax, they burned and ripped my skin. The the front half of my right eyebrow is missing. I had to argue to get my refund because I didn’t notice what had happened before I paid. I felt the burning but I thought maybe it was because of the witch hazel they use to wipe off your brows afterwards. NO. My skin is on fire. Do not come here. I went to Target and bought second skin patches and emergency burn gel. I brought them the receipt and demanded they pay for it. Thankfully they did it but I will never be coming back.

I was there on Wednesday about 6:15. There was only one person ahead of me. The lady that worked on me never smiled. Never said a word. Had a dirty look on her face and wasn't very nice when she did speak to me, her tone,..I go home and I see a cut across my chin, almost 2 inches long. She didn't put press down hard so I don't know why this happened. She barely worked on me for 8 minutes. When everywhere else I go, it's up to 15, because I get brow, upper lip and chin done. When she applied the aloe Vera or witch Hazel, I forget which one she used. She barely put any on my chin when I asked her if she can put more on my chin, she had an attitude about it. She was awful. I did my eyebrows and upper lip threading. The lady who helped me was super nice and she did a great job. I have been threading my eyebrows for 15yrs now and I can tell when someone is good. Too bad I forgot to ask her name maybe it was sapana.
