Sapphire Nails Spa

I have gone to Sapphire Nails and Spa for years now and am never disappointed! Whether I’m getting a pedicure or manicure, every staff member is careful and takes their job very seriously! Lena is one of the BEST when it comes to designs and here recently I had a pedicure with Don who took his time doing when doing my pedicure. I could not recommend any place better! Very consistent and a hard working group!

Love this nail spa! Sabrina is the best, she is so nice and professional and does a great manicure. I appreciate the professionalism and family vibe here. It’s so refreshing to call and get a live person to answer the phone and get you in as soon as possible. I like to support local family owned businesses. I have had great customer service in Franklin lately and wanted to let them know they are doing a great job!

i just got my nails done last week here and when i asked for gel they gave me dip and my nails are already lifting. They were nice but the nails don’t stay on well.

I used to love this place and thought it was one of the best in the area. They always paid attention to detail and didn’t rush through, but I’m not sure if they have new employees but my experience this past time was the total opposite. The manicurist rushed through, I asked her for round shape and she said my nails were too short, the cut me and kept going while I was bleeding, she did it so fast and now all the ends of my nails are already starting to chip after 2 days. Very disappointed and I don’t think I’ll be going back.
