Sapphire Head Spa

I had such an amazing experience at this head spa! My specialist, Shirley, was incredibly patient and really took her time with every step. She was so nice, accommodating, and very informative, which made the whole experience feel relaxing and comfortable. The treatment itself felt absolutely amazing - definitely way better than my first head spa experience elsewhere. I left feeling refreshed and cared for. Highly recommend booking with Shirley if you want a relaxing, professional, and uplifting experience!

Hannah and Shirley are so great! They are kind and great at their jobs. I highly recommend getting in on their special offers and give them as gifts to your best friends, coworkers, and family members. The process itself is comprehensive and relaxing. My scalp and hair feels refreshed and amazing every time after I see them.

This was one of the worst experiences. Probably did not have Shirley, seems like she is lovely. The woman i had did not massage at all rather scrubbed my scalp raw and pulled my hair out doing it while water splashed in my face and inside my ear the entire time. My hair after being dried which is not an actual blow out just dried was falling out. I thought I was going to get actual scalp massage and shoulder massage but that did not happen. In fact my neck is super sore from the experience. Would not recommend. This feels like a scam.

This spa was amazing! From communicating with me before my appointment up through walking me on my way out, this was a 10/10 experience. Shirley was so welcoming and comforting. This was my first time in a scalp appointment. She walked me through everything before we did it and made every effort to make the appointment relaxing and enjoyable. The facility is extremely nice, quiet, and private. The room is high tech but not sterile- very peaceful with relaxing lighting and soft spa music. The experience itself was definitely worth it. Not only do you get insight into your scalp health with their technology but the scalp treatment is so relaxing even if you don't have major scalp or skin concerns. I am a regular massage client at another facility but might have to subsitute one of my monthly
