Our family has been going to Liz for over 15 years—my mom, sisters, and I—and until recently, we’ve always stayed loyal and never once complained, despite ongoing issues. A week before my wedding, my sister (who was in the wedding) had her hair highlighted by Liz. Instead of the natural look she usually does so well, Liz gave her super light, harsh streaks that didn’t blend with her dark hair at all. It was not what we asked for, and it didn’t look right—especially for something as important as a wedding. We reached out nicely—my mom messaged, and I called—to see if Liz could quickly tone it down or darken it before the big day. We weren’t asking for a full re-do, just a quick fix. Devyn was fabulous! I tried her today for the first time. The salon staff was friendly, Devyn listened, looked at pics with me and gave her advice. I love her cut and highlights.

Devyn did my hair, she did a pretty good job, and she knows she’s good too! I got a text before an hour before my appointment saying she’d be late so she moved my appointment from 11-11:30 (btw I had to call 1 month in advance she was booked). Then she does my hair and all, she’s not friendly. Then at the end, she’s cutting my hair I told her I wanted it shorter and she goes “ugh my next client is here” so she trimmed the ends a little bit and didn’t even bother styling my hair (even though I paid for the whole package on Groupon).

Excellent salon! I wouldn't go anywhere else. The atmosphere and staff are exceptional. The salon is always pristine and staff members are very welcoming. My stylist is Noel, and no one could do it better. I bring my entire family to her and she does an exceptional job every time.

Kim was very personable and gave great instructions on Covid protocol for the salon. I felt very safe as the salon was nice and clean. Kim gave me a great cut and I walked out with a smile on my face! 5 stars for sure!
