I had a great experience at Santorine Salon the place is very welcoming and modern they serve me cappuccino and snacks while I was there. I had my hair done by Cleide, loved my haircut she listened to everything I needed and styled beautifully. My mom also had hair nails done there and was perfect. The owner Patricia is lovely my mom also had her makeup done by her.

I highly recommend this salon. It’s a great place, very friendly, and I had a really good experience. I love my hair! Big thanks to Patricia, the owner—she’s amazing and super talented. I’ll definitely recommend this place to others.

Really disappointed with this place. I brought my wife in after seeing their Instagram, but it was nothing like what we expected. The owner was unprofessional, talked badly about other clients right in front of us, and even tried to double charge. My wife left feeling upset. All the good professionals are gone—wish we had known that sooner. Not recommending this salon to anyone.

I visited this salon beginning January for a keratin treatment. AND let me tell you, this was not a keratine. My hair after first wash was definitely not like it suppose to be sleek after a blowout. The objective to do keratin is to help your hair smooth and spend less time with blower. I went back and they say to comeback next time to do a touch… I called them back and not answer ( they only take appointments over WhatsApp.) they completely disregarded my calls and texts . I decided to go to the salon and no one was there. I went back 5 days later and nothing. They seems to have disappeared. The owner is a complete joke she lacks of understanding how customer satisfaction works for along term relationship with her clients (this is a NEW OWNER) It had passed 3 weeks and she never replied

I came across this place through an Instagram ad, which made me think they were looking for new clients. I reached out via WhatsApp and scheduled an appointment for a manicure. On the day of the appointment, I even sent a message letting them know I was on my way. However, when I arrived, the salon was closed. I called two different phone numbers, but no one answered. I waited outside for 10-15 minutes, hoping someone would show up, but no one did. They didn’t bother to send me a message to cancel or reschedule. I never received any follow-up or explanation from them. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this salon.”
