I told Skye, I haven’t been this happy with a hair cut in a LONG time. She did an excellent job making sure I was comfortable and asking questions about what I liked through out the process. As someone who has anxiety about getting their hair cut she made me feel very at ease! She did an amazing job!

I have been coming to Linda for over 20 years. She is an excellent colorist and always gives me good advice about how to care for my hair. Skye cut my hair in a way that will be easy maintenance for me, and it looks great.

I returned to Santo as a former client. I got a body scrub which was amazing and I got a massage. Their menu of services specifically says Swedish massage techniques which is what I needed. What I got was deep tissue. In fact, the massage person was an esthetician (not a licensed massage therapist) and she literally did ONE technique on me the entire time. I had to repeatedly ask her to let up pressure. On my back, she worked in the middle of my back and every place where she was digging around was hurting for a couple of days afterwards. I am a licensed massage therapist and a massage trainer, and I called and tried speaking to the person over the spa. She had no interest in my complaint. What she did not know is I am a local guide and I have an obligation to let folks know when

Loved my first experience! Went for a Keratin treatment, and my hair is beautiful! I have ethnic hair and great amazing work! I will be back. Shout out to Brielle for her amazing expertise. Thank you!

Lillian is the absolute best! A true gem. She always makes sure I leave happy with my hair. Besides that she has a beautiful personality and overall just a sweet and kind. I love coming to Santos to see her because she creates a very relaxing experience that I look forward to. She also educates be on hair inquiries when I’m thinking about making changes. I would literally cry if she left. She’s like extended family at this point.
