I was super scared because of the negative reviews but i took my chance on 12/26/24 and my silk press lasted me 6 weeks WITHOUT any extra heat! Very excellent service and my curls reverted back so beautiful and healthy when i washed my hair this morning. Santa and the rest of the staff service was amazing! Be prepared to sit under the dryer for a while lol but results and longevity is totally worth it! Thanks so much, can’t wait to come back in a few months!

I went based on their excellent reviews and they damaged my hair. I went to Santa's for a wash and blow. What I got was perm in my shampoo. One and a half weeks after visiting Santa's I went to my regular stylist. As she washed my hair it didn't smell like it usually does but the smell was familiar. Having grown up with relaxers I recognized the smell of the straightening product in my hair. My stylest confirmed that my that my curl was looser and it was stringy throughout. Since it was slapped throughout, my roots and ends are kinkier. I will be reporting this business

I have been a customer here at Santas’s for a while now. I have always been happy with the service I received until today. I called and spoke to one lady on the phone asking her if I could back in today to have them re blow out my hair as I am natural. My hair was done yesterday and was sweated out yesterday. The lady said to me, call me back by 12:30. I asked her would they still be open seeing as though the website said that they would be closed at 12:30. I was told call back. I called and was then told call to call back again because the person doing my hair was very busy. So I called back again. The lady yelled me to come in 1hr. I agree to the time. I get to the shop in the time given and she’s not There, she left. So the women that comes to the door says, she’s the one that spoke
