Walking into Santana Company Barbershop was a game-changer for me. From the moment I stepped in, I was welcomed with firm handshakes and genuine eye contact, which immediately earned my respect. I’m originally from New Jersey and only recently moved to Worcester, so I’ve been making the 300-mile round trip every two weeks just to get my haircut from my lifelong barber back home. Trusting someone new with my hair wasn’t easy, but the flawless Google reviews—over 1,100 of them—convinced me that Santana was worth stepping out of my comfort zone. “Ryan. Best Damn Barber in Worcester County.” Is what it states in my contracts. Still tracks. Even living 25mins from Worcester, I make the trek up to get my cut from Ryan. Great conversation, good atmosphere, music is typically on point. Check out the rest room will give ya comic book store vibes. Just watch out got the Canadian Claw Machine. He’ll judge ya.

Great experience today with Antonio. If there’s one profession to be OCD in, it’s barbering, and that’s exactly what Antonio was. I went in looking for a 4 to a 1 fade and he did just that and blended it in perfectly with the top. He’s definitely a master of his craft. Book him now!!!

Grey-haired guy (Antonio) is unprofessional and disrespectful. He gave my a hair a 10-min rush job, cut corners, and responded rudely to a request for a slight touch up. He also made multiple rude comments and said I had attitude for calling him out. All the other guys were taking their time with their customers so I became last in and first out. Keep in mind that I had an appointment and waited 20min. In the end he had the courage to ask if I wanted change back… the answer was yes.
