Sandy's Beautique Nails and Spa

First time there and it will for sure be my regular place now! I went with my sister and we were able to get our nails done at the same time. Sandy did my gel set and it was exactly what I wanted. She was very good at making sure I liked everything every step of the way and we had a great chat! I also booked the wrong day by accident and she was super understanding and let me cancel without a fee. 10/10 would recommend.

Sandy did an amazing job on my nails. She is also such a pleasant person. I will be back, I highly recommend this salon. I was watching the other artist and they were also great!

I don’t usually go to nails salons anymore because I’ve always had bad experiences, but this was not the case today! I booked with Sandy and she was lovely. She held nice conversation and she was very detailed. Because I was new to her she checked in multiple times to ensure I was happy. She also double checked the inspiration picture I showed her to ensure I got exactly what I wanted, I appreciated it. I think it’s very telling of the employees, the employer, and the quality of service when the salon is filled with regulars talking about their friends that also frequent this salon. The prices are a little high for the length and design, but given it’s Chestnut Hill, I understand. I just booked again for a refill!

My new favorite nail salon! Sandy is awesome, gets my nails just right and everyone there is super nice and friendly. They took me in the first time when another nail shop cancelled on me last minute. Everything is very clean and organized, they take care of you and make you feel at home while doing a great job on your nails and pedicures!! Highly recommended!

I didn't like the fact that the person who did my nails didn't speak English so we had to keep getting someone else to translate which was annoying. I ended up just getting a regular pedicure and a gel manicure which ended up chipping the NEXT day. Got my nails done Wednesday, it's Saturday and 2 of my nails are chipped. I paid $70, which is more than I pay elsewhere just for my nails to chip so fast. Never again!
