Sandy Nails

I’ve been doing my nails at Sandy’s nails for approximately 6 years now! Sandy and her staff have been AMAZING since day 1! I love my nails heavily designed and Cee-Cee executes every single time!! When Cee Cee is unavailable, another staff member takes great care of me and also does an amazing job!!! They are extremely patient with me and kind to every client from what I’ve seen. I came in the evening …. My experience was bad the worker Amy she did my nails extension and she didn’t listen any things because first I said to her to make my nails short then she said I can’t do then the tips are shorter than my original nails … then I said to her what she is doing then she said I can cut the original nails from the cutler. And even she didn’t finish my nails because she is in the rush to go home I know I was late but she have to told me I am not able to do at the time so come next day but she said ok I will do at that time but she was so anger on me and didn’t do or put proper nail color in my fingers. Worst experience. Wastage of my time and money …unprofessionally.

I’ve gotten pedicures here before and they were fine. I decided to make an appointment for gel nail extensions. I showed the owner (I believe) a picture of what I wanted and she said it could be done. I come in for my appointment and everything feels rushed. did not properly cut my cuticles and barely prepped my nails. plus tip for nails I took off the next day.

I got a acrylic on my own nails on Tuesday and now its Thursday in 2 days my nails did not look good it look like 2 week old nail. I went to speak to the manager she said there is nothing she can do. I do not recommend this place spend your money somewhere else side note the do amazing design. They are only nice when getting your money.

I’ve been going to them for 2-3 years and honestly I’ve noticed how Sandy and her employees are racist and pick and choose who they give the best service to along with putting effort. I told Amy ( I believe) that I feel like I can see my nail through the tips that i had on previously and did fill in with Amy. Honestly they do such a horrible job on doing french tips on top of that nails unless they really like you and you’re in their liking of races. Sandy was trying to manipulate my sister and saying how they could’ve done my nails (Sandy sent a voicemail on my sisters phone) but before i left i told her i didn’t like my nails and she told me i should’ve said something earlier but i did to Amy about how i can see my literal grown out nails through the tips. I’m never ever going back there
