Sandy Nails and Spa

I was a walk-in and was seated within 15 minutes. Reasonable. One of the things that struck me the most was that all of the staff seemed to enjoy each other and were happy working there. So Rare in most salons. The banter was at a minimum. The occasional laughter was wonderful. Best pedicure I've had yet in Leesburg. Tam is a master painter! Nothing outside the lines!

Amazing service! Everyone is very skilled and my nails came out exactly like I wanted. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming as well.

I have been here a few times now and usually, I’m happy with the result. Today, I was so sad and disappointed. I didn’t catch the tech’s name, but the station was closest to the nail polish display. She was rough, cut my finger, and the basic flowers I asked for were poorly done and rushed. She even asked if I was sure I wanted them before starting, which I thought was bizarre… but I had showed her the design I wanted before starting and she said it was fine… if you aren’t comfortable doing something that’s fine, but I’d rather you be upfront and honest. I left with glue all over my fingers, a cut, and even some dip powder around my fingers. I’ve attached photos. This was close to $70 and in my opinion, not worth it. I’ve been going to Sandy Nails for over a year now and my experience with Phi has always been phenomenal. My gel always lasts so long!! Phi has a such a kind soul and you can tell she enjoys what she does which makes the experience even better. I cannot recommend her enough!
