I’m a member at Rosewood and have always loved the amenities. The salon itself is clean, relaxing, and welcoming. Unfortunately, my recent haircut was extremely disappointing. I came in with mostly healthy, long hair and clearly requested a simple trim—just the ends—to maintain its health and length. I emphasized two points: preserve as much length as possible and keep it straight except for two mid-length framing layers in the front. Instead, I left with hair that’s at least four inches shorter and cut into multiple layers—the exact opposite of what I’d asked for. For a $200 haircut, this is incredibly frustrating, especially after spending much of the appointment discussing strategies to grow and maintain long, healthy hair. Losing so much length after that conversation feels both dish
