My daughter was a loyal customer for years until now. Bought expensive hair and found out it wasn’t the right hair nor closure. Tried to return it and Sam stated “he couldn’t do anything”, not even a store credit. Suggested that she buys the right hair instead after she already bought hair elsewhere and gotten it done. Dissatisfied customer.......

The guy that answered the phone when I called was very rude. I called to verify information and he had the rudest response. I never visited the store and definitely don’t plan to now.

very disappointed.. my mama been coming here since i was a kid & i was disappointed when i came in there with my brother in law, with MY money and he refused to ring up my 2 things i wanted because of what my brother in law was saying, he got it and sat it aside. i see why he doesn’t have much people coming in and out
