Tried to return some tops that still had tags on them. They refused to accept them because they weren't in the plastic bag they came in. It was obvious that they hadn't been worn. Crappy!

They have everything you need in One stop Plus more. Prices are average the customer service is really nice.

They always have deals. The workers happily stop to help you find items. They will order items when they see you regularly.

Overall a nice selection of wigs, haircare and makeup. I wish they had more half wigs. The prices are a tad high when you can order them online for almost half but nice to go in person. I like the music they play. I took two stars off because my car has been vandalized 3 times in their parking lot. And I parked right in front. No one seems to have seen anything while it was happening. It's a dis service to this business.

I called seeing if they had an item I was looking for Was told that I was gonna be put on hold and then was hung up on. I called back and was treated very terribly. They want our money Don’t want to give proper customer service. I don’t suggest anyone going to the store unless you wanna be profiled in person or on the phone. Nice selection store, but the staff is disgusting and rude
