I really want to like this nail salon. The owner is great and they do a decent job. With that said my mom's toenails have been affected by medication. She's very self-conscious of them. This was the first time she was comfortable enough to have a pedicure done after strokes. When my mom put her feet up in the pedicure chair, the technician laughed and said something to my technician who did not respond too much. My mom is extremely sweet and said her toes are ugly and apologized. The technician agreed and laughed. As she was receiving her pedicure, the technician was slightly rough with her physically because my mom was having a hard time understanding that the technician wanted my mom to bend her legs. My mom kept apologizing throughout and I could see she was uncomfortable and embarrass

I have been a customer at Sammi’s nails for over 10 years because they always do a beautiful job, have a wide selection of colors and options at reasonable prices, and are lovely people. They always manage to squeeze me in last minute and if I ever break a nail they fix it for me free of charge. Celine does an amazing job and gets my nail shape just right every time! I would highly recommend Sammi’s nails to anyone!

I thought the salon did a lovely job with my daughter’s manicure. Reasonable prices, nice space and kind nail artists. And they have a loyalty card you can use to earn a free or $ off to a service.

Updated to my first review. Sadly Sammi is about to lose my business. Today I asked for gel nails, number 104, a nice orangey-red with a little sparkle. When she did my nails the color didn’t look the same, but I thought that since I didn’t have my glasses on it was probably just my eyes. But even when she finished the color looked more red, so I looked at the bottle top—number 100, not 104 as I wanted. If the salon hadn’t been so busy, and if she was still sitting in front of me (she wasn’t) I would have said something. But I didn’t because I didn’t want to spend another half hour there. Also, my appointment was for 12:30, and as has happened often in the past, she didn’t sit in front of me until 12;45 and then had her sister come over to remove my nails the rest of the way. So disappointed in my last visit been a customer for years never used my “discount card “ every once in a while they won’t charge me for a tip they used for a broken nail . I am nurse who works overnights and appointments are hard for me. I called and whoever answered phone did not know who I was .I come in Celine who always does my nails charged me 60 dollars for a fill in absolutely insane my nails were NOT broken ! And I gave a 10 dollar tip 70 bucks for a fill in WHAT ??? No massage when they literally give every customer one !! I always did spa pedicure and acrylic nails over 200 a month !! Never again !! ZERO stars i know I’m a dime a dozen but so are YOU !! New nails 45 dollars
