Samira African Hair Braiding

Decent braiding. I wasn't expecting to have babies crawling up my legs paying hundreds of dollars.

Did a horrible job on my son's hair and still want to be paid for it. He showed the picture of what he wants and they still messed it up. They were very rude and not even willing to make things right for their customer.

I went there to get my hair braided down so I could install a wig. One of the payment methods they take is Zelle, in which the funds come directly from your bank account. I paid the woman and gave her a tip. As I prepared to back out of my parking spot, she appears on the side of my car telling me that she did not receive my payment. I informed her that it may take a little bit because I had never sent money to her before and had even screenshot the confirmation number and sent it to her. I was basically held hostage in the parking lot. It made me feel very uncomfortable and it made me feel like I was being treated like a thief. I will never come to this establishment again.

Yes, I paid first. Had 2-3 braiders. Took 4/5 hours for waist length box braids. She did what I asked. That’s why I’m a returning customer.

I will not go back to this place. I had an appointment for 930. The lady I spoke to said she'd come in early to take care of me. Nobody showed up until 1030. It was one girl and she wasn't my braider apparently. The one braiding my hair didn't show up until almost 11. Long story short I did not get seen as early as I was told I would, and I ended up missing my best friends baby shower. The braids I got weren't even worth the wait.
