The new name is Ramy Beauty Saloon. The service is amazing. The manager is so polite and super professional. Braiders are skilled and service is quick. The shop is fully stocked. Great service. Five star

Went to get some extentions installed, and the girl who did them did a horrible lazy job. A week later, one of them started coming off. I called the owner, and she said to go in so they could see them. I asked if i was going to be charged, and she said maybe. Depending on how it is. I don't understand why I should have to pay again for a job that was not done correctly from the beginning. The owner said she didn't have time to talk to me at the moment and that she would call me back later. I am still waiting for the call. Never again. It was a waste of money.

Sam (the owner) is so nice and helpful. Love his energy and the woman who works in the salon part. They are sweet people. This is definitely my new beauty supply. Its the only place around West Covina that I've found that caters to African/Black hair. 🤎

For me the for me, the braids were actually fantastic. But when it came to scheduling concerns and getting my hair redone when I came back, it seems like it was impossible. Both Sam and one of the One of the hair stylists seem to have a really bad reputation bumping heads with schedules and having inconsistent customer service for those who book appointments. I'm sure there are other places around the area that'll do just as good of a job with better customer service I would just make sure that if you do go be prepared for them to already be braiding somebody else and possibly asking you to wait another hour or two for your hair. Needless to say not coming back

Got my hair braided for EDC, got so many compliments I can’t even count. Victoria is such a nice lady, very patient and professional and incredibly fast. 10/10 would recommend this place 100%.
