Their products are amazing. I wish I could say the same about customer service. I drove for over an hour to get here, and knew I was going to arrive 5 minutes after their early closing for Christmas Eve as I hit two intersections with blinking red lights, an accident on I-25, and construction traffic on the same. Before 2pm (around 1:57 or so) I called and nobody picked up. I called an additional six times between then and 3:02pm, and at no point did anyone pick up. When I arrived at 3:06, the place looked like it had been empty for a long time. Nobody closing up shop—it was already dark and unoccupied. Sadly for me, this was going to be a Christmas gift for a few people and for myself. I’m not upset with them closing at 3pm on Christmas Eve, or for my getting bad luck driving and arrivin

I’ve been coming to SALUS for years now. I absolutely love their bath bombs, but they also have so many essential oil scents which can be fun to create your own lotion, oil blend, candle etc. The staff member was very helpful, patient and friendly on this most recent visit. Supporting local is made easy with SALUS!

Love this store. We don’t live in the area, but every time we visit family there, I restock at the store. I’ve also ordered online. I love that you can pick your own scent.

I heard about this shop online and lucky for me, I was visiting Fort Collins. The girl working was very nice and helpful. Picked up a bunch of pretty soaps for gifts! They were having a sale: buy 4 get 1 free.

The staff are very knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and tolerant of allll my munchkins! I am a French teacher and coming in is a lesson in itself- colors, the verb to want, subjects,, negation, and so much more!
