Booked a Wednesday massage and salt session. The business called the next day and said “we’re not sure how you booked this massages are only offered on Thursdays. And we can’t accommodate a salt session our salt block is being changed out.” I was able to book a massage for a different week and it was very good - HIGHLY recommend Baja! - but the fact you’re able to book services on days they aren’t available was very disappointing and unprofessional in my opinion.

I've had asthma for many years, and one of my co-workers recently gifted me five dry salt therapy sessions. I've completed three so far, and I can already feel a difference. Typically, after an asthma flare-up, I deal with a lingering cough for about a month-but after my last flare -up, the cough lasted only about two weeks. I'm hopeful to see continued improvements with the remaining sessions.

I had my first..but not last...visit to salty halo 4 days ago. My low back was really giving me a terrible time for over a week...I was a little sceptical but was ready to try...just going in gave me a sense of peace and Michelle was absolutely amazing....so friendly and makes you feel special.....30 minutes of PEMF therapy my back was at least 80 percent better...I still had soreness from spasms but the pain was gone..I was walking a lot better . I'll go back for that..the next day my energy level was up a lot especially for a 73 year old..I would highly recommend you give it a try..next up for me will be the salt room and see what my sinuses will do..just being there my chronic stuffy head opened up...also it is very affordable for those on fixed incomes .
