First off I am so very happy that they opened this location near me! I am so impressed! I did both the infrared anti inflammatory and the salt room sessions. This place is Beautifully decorated, Clean, Cozy, And relaxing. I started out with the infrared session 1st, which I definitely recommend. It was very relaxing and I feel like it actually has made a difference. I’ve been suffering from my Migraines and tension headaches for the last couple weeks and I feel like this has helped a little bit with relieving that pain and tension in my neck. I’m not going to say it’s a complete fix, but it definitely helped a lot! The salt room was very relaxing as well! It was clean and cozy! The atmosphere of the room felt like I was in a different place not this cold Michigan weather lol! I did have

I did the salt cave and infrared sauna package. Reasonable price for both in one session and also very good service - they even provide you with tea and water and provide you with a robe and slippers and locker as well. I walked in feeling sick, with congestion/a cough, and walked out feeling clear and refreshed. I will return. Highly recommend!

I had the most amazing, relaxing experience and the girls went above and beyond with their service. I also purchased the cutest athletic set and some all natural products that they sell in the boutique! Will be returning!

The Salt Spa has two other locations in Royal Oak and Saint Clair Shores. I’ve been to the other locations and they were amazing and I recently came to the Shelby Township location and did the sauna. I had an amazing and relaxing time. The staff was AWESOME! I will definitely be coming back!
