Robin & Teresa are great! I have been to Salt & Light Massage twice for 90 minute massages. Both experiences were fantastic! The environment is comfortable and relaxing. The complimentary aroma therapy and hot stones are amazing! I also love having the ability to book online.

Salt & Light Massage is a beautiful and tranquil place. It's a hidden gem for Adel. Teresa and Robin are amazing massage therapists. I loved how comfortable and warm the massage table was. The Himalayan salt stones were warm and a very nice add on to my massage. The place is conveniently located right off of the main street in town. Plenty of parking out front.  Very clean and elegant. They offer cool infused water too. It was very refreshing after my session. I will definitely be back. I highly recommend checking this place out and schedule your next massage there. You won't regret it.

I just had the most delightful massage at Salt and Light Massage in Adel. The atmosphere was calming and peaceful. Robin gave me a great massage!!
