Salt City Barber Shop

My husband had a walk in with Nick Aiello and he's been raving about his haircut since. He's never had a barber he has been satisfied with until now. Not one to write reviews, but wanted to share.

For years I struggled to find a good place to get my son's haircut. That search ended today. I booked an appointment online with Dillan. The booking process was super easy. My 12 year old is starting a new school this year so I was nervous about him getting something he likes since it is a stressful time. Dillan was so friendly and took great care of my son's hair. Very little of the conversation was directed at me, my son was his customer and Dillan took the time to build that relationship with his new client. It was something we hadn't experienced anywhere else. And this wasn't just a cut and shove you out the door - this was full attention to every possible detail. When we left my kid said he doesn't want to go anywhere else, this was his place from now on.

Ty @ Salt city barbershop is nice with the clippers fr ! Best cut in Syracuse at an affordable price. I def recommend going to him for a cut, attention to detail and professionalism is 2nd to none. Cleanest cut as well as great conversation, Go get that cut from Ty fr fr !!!

Horrible can't cut hair for crap uneven. The person TY did a shave on the sides that took 20 minutes kept going over the same spot with electric clippers then brushing and clipping again. Then he says to my son how do you like it? My kid look at my like is he done ? I asked him are you done ? He said yes. Dude !!!! you didn't even cut his hair yet what do you mean your done? We came in for a trim, a hair cut you shaved the side of his head how are done? The sides were a clump shave not even at all and not smooth and no smooth lines just jagged edges. I paid an extra five dollars as a way of saying never see us again. Now I have to take him to get his hair fix.

Ty did a great job, he's spectacular at his job.
