I had an amazing experience at Salt Breeze Wellness in the HaloIR Sauna. The aromatherapy was such a relaxing touch, and | left feeling calm, refreshed, and truly rejuvenated. The amenities were thoughtful and elevated the whole experience. Plush wrap towels, regular towels for comfort, complimentary water for hydration, and a cooling lavender-scented towel at the end that felt incredible. The staff was friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring. Highly recommend!

My wife and I love Salt Breeze! We've been coming here for a few years, regularly. I do the calm room/massage chair while she does red light therapy, then we spend 40 minutes in the Salt Cabin. Relaxing, refreshing and a great recharge every time.

Have been going to Salt Breeze for over a year and love this place. When I first found Salt Breeze, I was looking for a place to help my sinuses, which the Salt Room certainly did! Since then I've added Red Light Therapy, which has helped with mobility and muscle soreness. I rotate between Salt Room & Red Light a couple times a month and have noticed big differences, which has definitely made my life better. Recently added a session in the Sauna, which was also great. The place is very clean and the owner is amazing and very friendly. Highly recommend Salt Breeze!!

This is a wonderful place. The infrared sauna feels wonderful. They have lot of healthy services for relaxation. I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in. The receptionist recommended the perfect temperature. I definitely will return. I have to try the other relaxing options. Also the prices are great.

Salt Breeze Wellness is Brownsburg’s one and only beach. On a windy, snowy day, the spa was peaceful and welcoming. As someone who is recovering from symptoms of a common cold, I have never felt so refreshed. At first, I was skeptical of how salt therapy would work, but now I am a believer. But it wasn’t just the session that warmed and cleansed my soul. The staff being so friendly is what brings this place together. Ellen is highly educated with the science and explains the process of Halotherapy very well. If Europeans have been doing this for centuries, why did we never download that update into American society? Learning how to effectively rest is essential in this life. Between having to slow down and de-stress, we tend to forget that, just like our devices, we have to recharge ours
