Salt and Sage Wellness Studio

Had a wonderful Salt room experience here during a recent trip to Stockton. Empress was an amazing hostess. I was pleasantly surprised to see they also have sage, crystals, journals, card decks and more and left with a magical bag full of citrine stars that I shall treasure forever. ⭐️

So happy to have this on Stockton. The staff are welcoming, friendly, and so encouraging and the yoga class was exactly what I need. Peace and tranquility…… I love it! I highly recommend you go check them out and support local small businesses 💜

I’m so excited to have accessible yoga in town. I typically worry about classes being too advanced, even if they are beginner classes. I appreciate how the instructors focus on inclusivity here! Want a great addition to the town
