One stop shops! I walked into the salon as a walk-in with no appointment and was immediately greeted by Sonia, the Concierge Manager. She was so kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, and quickly connected me with an exprienced esthetician who was able to assist me right away. The salon is beautiful, and everything—including the bathrooms—was spotless and very elegant. I had a great experience and will definitely be coming back for more services. Highly recommend! Thank you, Sonia, for the excellent customer service and hospitality.

I walked in the salon and was greeted by the Concierge Manager Sonia. She was very polite and helpful. She helped and directed me to an Esthetician who could help me as a walk in with no appointment. The salon and bathrooms were very clean and elegant looking. I will definitely be returning for more services and would recommend this salon. Thank you Ms Sonia for your kindness and help!

Fantastic hair color and cut with Vanessa at The Palms hair studio, suite 208. I’m trying to gradually ease into my gray and she is helping me to blend the colors gracefully. Very happy with results.

ERUM SULTAN! Spa 6! She always does an amazing job. Today I had a lash lift, eyebrow threading, tint, and a little bit of chocolate wax for the side of my face(: I trust her and have been loyal customer for years! She’s a must! ♥️

I have been seeing Erum, who is now located in room 205, for over 10 years. I have followed her from when she used to be at Nuance Spa. She is amazing!! When I first started to see her she helped me grow out and re shape my eyebrows. Now I get compliments all the time on my eyebrow shape. I will never trust anyone else with my eyebrows. She is very easy to text to make appointments and always works with my crazy schedule.
