Julie at Flor Lis Hair Salon in Charlotte is an exceptional hairstylist. She truly has a gift when it comes to working with hair. Whether you’re looking for a stylish cut, a Dominican blowout, color treatments, highlights, or even color correction—Julie is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled in it all. She works beautifully with all hair types—straight, curly, or afro-textured—and always delivers amazing results. Julie has been a true blessing to both me and my daughter. My daughter, now 18, refuses to let anyone else touch her hair—and for good reason. Julie is a miracle worker and absolutely excellent at what she does. If you’re looking for someone you can trust completely with your hair, Julia is the one!

It's difficult to tell what this place is from the outside. There are individual studios where hair stylists and other beauty service providers lease their room and share restrooms and common reception area. Our hair stylist of 25 years, likes having her own space, and the ability to keep her own hours. We like the privacy, so we can catch up on the gossip and the grandkids.

If you need just a trim DO NOT go to Jenn (Klein-Agnew). She is overly aggressive with the shears. I asked for 1 -1 1/4" off and she gave me the shortest hair cut I have had in 50 years! It is very traumatizing to have too much hair cut off and when I asked for a refund, she refused - which is understandable - because if she cut everyone's hair too much like she did mine she'd make no money...she did admit her preference is cutting men's hair - well she forgot a women was in the chair!

Teresa is a very skilled professional. I never get complements on my hair, but after her cut, I did!
