My hair stylist is great!! One of the girls there has terrible manners!!! She didn't say hello and she offered beverages to the customers she knew and not to me. I was new there and new to this part of town she definitely did not represent our people well!! This girl was the one with the longest hair and needs to be trained in customer service!!!!

The owner, Michelle, is very professional and knowledgeable. She is definitely all about hair care. She definitely will have your hair looking gorgeous also.Not too many stylists I know, are about the hair care. She definitely is. She's always been courteous, friendly, and nice. I have been a client of hers for about 5 years now. also. I will recommend anyone that desires care for their hair and beautiful styling too, to visit Salon Jai.

If I could give the stylist NAZZY a 0, I would be giving her exactly what she deserves! I called to book with her and was told she moved ( no website to leave a review) I am hoping that my honest review doesn't affect any business with this salon but will only help whoever reads this. First, I booked on Hairspital ( Instagram) $25. on a Wednesday for the $50 off discount for a basic sew-in priced at $195 when NAZZY finished my hair she charged me $170. I calculated my bill to be $120 including the $25 deposit paid ( integrity issues she clearly has). Second, NAZZY was running her mouth on the phone ( distraction) that my weave looked bulky and the bang was too short and uneven. Lastly, I was too angry to go back EVER I went to another stylist who normally doesn't go over other hair stylis

My hair is falling out after my first trip to this salon, which has never happened before. She sprayed something in my hair which I didn’t ask for, but I trusted her because she seemed knowledgeable. I thought it was odd when she said that she couldn’t trim my hair unless it was straightened. Clear indicator that she can’t nurture natural hair. Not to mention that she’s dishonest. I paid for my complete service in advance, and she ended up charging me more … probably because of that weird spray. Never again.

Called for a same day appointment. Salon atmosphere is comfortable, owner is knowledgeable and asks questions. She has amazing and meaningful conversations and she's passionate about hair. I enjoyed my visit. Will be going back.
