I had a big hair transformation — I went from very long hair to shoulder-length, and it was not an easy cut. I was honestly a little nervous about going that short, but Sikri did an incredible job. He was very patient, confident, and precise. He made sure the length and shape were perfect and kept checking to make sure I was comfortable with the change. Cutting very long hair to short requires real skill, and he handled it perfectly. I absolutely love the result! If you’re thinking about a big change, I highly recommend Sikri. He truly knows what he’s doing.

I cant say enough good things about salonDJ! Ive been coming here for years and today after Nicole who is an amazing colorist, dyed my hair, I saw Lorenzo and im SO happy I did. He is truly a master at his craft. Not only is he absolutely phenomenal at doing hair but his personality is the best. Its like youre hanging out with a good friend 🧡 my hair hasn't looked this good in a long time and im so grateful for Lorenzo's hard work and dedication to making you look and feel your best. Valerie was my hair stylist for my May 2025 wedding. She did such a great job with my hair. I’ve never received so many compliments. My hair stayed put through all the wedding dancing, swearing, and maneuvering. I got married on an especially windy day in Chicago and it lasted throughout. Beyond the hair being amazing, she was patient, kind, and helpful through all steps of the process. She helped me decide on a hair style and that I didn’t need extensions. Her kind demeanor made me feel at ease through all the wedding craziness. She took my inspiration picture and absolutely delivered! Cannot recommend Valerie enough for all hair styling needs.

I came in to do a trial bridal hair style and left just so happy! Lorenzo was so great!! He really listened to what I wanted and made me feel so beautiful! I can’t wait to have him do my hair on my wedding day. I would definitely recommend!
