I always find what Im looking for (for barber supplies) and the people who work there are helpful everytime i go 👍

I didn't know why people visited this place and bought things and got angry about this woman.but I finally found out today. A person who talks a lot about his or her arguments, has a lot of reasons, and has the ability to make the same expression bad. The same seems to be true for shops that have hired people Salon Centric has many different places and many places to buy beauty ingredients that are not necessarily only here.

I live near this store so the location is perfect. I’ve never had any issues with anyone. If anything they have always been very pleasant.

The RUDEST staff! I asked Christina M for a bag for 3 large shampoo/conditioner bottles and she told me they don’t give out bags with such attitude as if I asked her to give me a ride home or something. I asked if I could buy one (I was holding a 1 year old in one hand and my 3 year old standing beside me) and she said “I’m 15 minutes late to meet a client I don’t have time for this.” I told her that’s not my problem I just asked for a bag and if I could buy one. Then she stormed off to get her manager. I asked her name and she wouldn’t give it to me. The manager also RUDE never apologized or offered a bag. I hope corporate reads this. EVERY time I go into that store these ladies are unpacking boxes and act as if customers are disrupting them. NEWS FLASH you work in a store and have PAYIN

The worst staff 😪 really bad ...they just don't care about help...I did order online to pickup it at store...there has 3 girls...nobody wants to help...they are not friendly...go to Malden, Dedham, natick but never again Woburn (And not fully stocked)
