Rosemarie’s customer service was amazing today. She’s so sweet & even hooked me up with a coupon I didn’t know about! I’ve never seen her working there before, but her personality is very welcoming & I hope she’s there to stay :)

This is my go-to place for all my salon needs. I also love Redken products, which they carry. The employees are also very nice and helpful.

Currently sitting outside the store at 8:22am and it isn’t open even though it says on google and on the door that it should be open at 8am. This store is so convenient but it makes me want to switch all my color brands so I don’t have to shop here if they aren’t going to be open at the posted hours.

They always have what I need and they are always give me notice when my purchase is ready! Love Julie because she always on top of her game!!

This location is poorly ran. This is the second time I have come to purchase color from this location during normal business hours and the Doors are locked with no employees inside. I work at a studio suite located just next-door and leave early in the morning to make sure that I can get color before my day. There aren’t even signs on the door saying when someone will be back or if they are actually closed for the day. And on top of all that every time that I am cashed out either manager she makes it a point to check her email before she cashed me out and makes me wait. I am going to start making it a point to not come here anymore
