Update: As a working stylist, clear shelf pricing and a functional app are essential when purchasing professional supplies. When neither were available and my concerns were met with dismissiveness, it was disappointing. The response thanking me for a “positive review” suggests my feedback wasn’t actually read, which further reinforces the issue. || The young lady with long dark hair who helped me yesterday was wonderful. Not the same experience with the lady today but the real issue is that there are too many items with no pricing on the shelf. I tried using the app but was told the internet in-store isn’t great and it kept shutting down so I couldn’t check prices online either- although I’m not sure it would matter bc at checkout I was told online pricing is different than in-store anyway

I frequent this store at least once a week. SalonCentric is a store for licensed professionals. I absolutely love the ladies that work here. Very friendly & always very helpful!! If they don’t have what you need, they will contact the other location in Wilmington to see if they have it. If they are running a special, they are happy to share it with you. Thanks Girls!!

Kelly was so nice! I called to ask for some help and she went above and beyond! So kind and caring for her customers.

This is the store I had the most fun in and spent too much money. Although alone the young lady entertained and stayed very professional in her job. Go to this store and enjoy the experience.
