I spent money in this business and they can’t put it in a sack for me. I think its ridiculous that I’d have to buy a sack after the amount we pay for product.Not happy

This is hands down my favorite location. The Manager and staff are fabulous and beyond helpful. It's a shame they cant actually stop shop lifters. As a business owner I would think step one to making money would be to not let it just walk out the door. Have a membership card to be shown or scanned at the door like Sam's or Costco. A rando off the street shouldn't be able to just walk out with a cart full of stuff. Keep it for professionals/members only!!!

The most amazing customer service anywhere in Wichita. I came in on my only day off after going several supply stores to find a blade for an old trimmer. They don't carry blades in store but they did carry trimmers. The trimmer I broke was the trimmer the employee helped me find. I was super excited to find it was cheaper. It was mispriced but the manager said to the employee to give it to me for that price. The girls are sweet and compassionate. I cried I was so happy. As a single income household having a traumatic event breaking my trimmers it was so awesome to be met with empathy and care. Thank you Ladies!
