When I first walked in, I immediately went to the register to ask for some help. Both of the women looked at me like I was some sort of alien, don’t know if it’s because I may look younger than my age. I didn’t say anything out of pocket, literally just asked some questions about the literal redken hair dye. Nevertheless shouldn’t be looking at anyone with a stank face. They were being extremely rude acting as if they were superior for knowing what I didn’t know. And one of them that was acting all knowledgeable and kept asking the other girl to confirm if she was right about the information she was telling me lol Like you’re being rude to me while also being as clueless as me. Always friendly and knowledgeable, Orlando is awesome! I usually find myself taking a quick lap to replenish my go to supplies, or to pick up a secret weapon for my more unique hair projects. Most of the time, I know exactly what I want. Sometimes I don't. Anytime I have a question, Orlando is always there with the kind of answers any pro in a hurry is looking for. No nonsense, full of detailed product knowledge, with a respect for the industry. He never tries to sell me anything I don't need. It is his genuine interest and excitement that convices me to try new things. I am never disappointed on a recommendation. It is always a pleasure.

Love this store! I come here on an almost daily basis. Staff is always beyond helpful. Thank you to Orlando, Jen and Stephanie (I will miss you dearly) for all of your constant attention and help in all of my purchases. You guys are the ABSOLUTE best!!!!

I love Salon Centric, products and staff are friendly and helpful ,they let us know about the sales . Please when the staff asks you for an ID ,,( take a picture of your license, gov't ID ) comply even if they know you for years.They are just doing their job since Salon Centric only sells to licensed cosmetologist . There are reasons why they have to follow the rules from their boss.
