Tricia the store manager took on an issue that wasn't hers to handle and helped make it right for me. I can't say the whole experience with Salon Centric was great because, well it was awful but Tricia was amazing and I am thankful for having her help.

No nail polish ? What kind of Beauty Store is this ? Not too mention the lady never said" hi" when I entered nor, offered to help me find items. She was very condescending! Won't go back there !

I was very happy with this location. I have been to another Salon Centric that was a mess,cluttered and out of the hair color that I needed. Dana was busy stocking shelves at the Reading location,but she took the time to ask me if I needed any help. She answered all of my questions patiently , even though she was busy. Dana even looked on the computer to see if there was a product that I wanted, in the warehouse. She was very knowledgeable and I appreciated all of her help. Excellent customer service Dana!!

Great supply store and helpful friendly staff but every time I go in it takes a minimum of 5-10 to check out because the computer system is NEVER WORKING RIGHT!!! They switch computer, reboot, and run my card several times till I actually get out of there. It's never a quick trip.
