The girl with the orange/yellow hair is extremely condescending and rude. Every time I come in she makes me feel dumb and isn’t warm or friendly at all. The rest of the employees are very nice. I will be avoiding this location though.

Me and my friends went in to get hair dye and right as we walked in, the lady with purple hair was super rude and condescending. When we asked for help she acted like we were bothering her. When we checked out, she was very rude while we were trying to get the information needed.

Megan and Bethany are MY people!! They always take such great care of me, offer ABOVE & BEYOND service, amazing knowledge and product recommendations. I appreciate them so much and can depend on their consistency and quality care each time I’m in. Thank you a million times over. ♥️

Went to return shampoo and conditioner the lady told me I could return when I bought it and did not like it since I ventured out of my comfort zone of my usual products, I called before I went back in to return it there was a flat iron that I wanted that was on sale, I was going to exchange for when I got there she refused to return the products after she said she would completely displeased. Very snotty and told me the girl prior didn’t even work there anymore. I think she was new in there I had never seen her beforehand. Prior to my visits everything was good but she ruined it for me.

Best location in Utah! It’s always clean and organized, and the ladies who work here have thee best customer service! They’re always so friendly and helpful and they go above and beyond to ensure a great experience! I can not say enough good about them!
