Such a great experience I just opened up a hair salon and I needed to load up on Redken shades the staff was extremely helpful and guided me every step of the way highly recommend going to this location if you need any beauty supply products

I searched yelp for a hair supply store and this store came up. I called to see if they had a product and they said they did. I drove all the way from East Hollywood to get there and I was turned away because it’s a wholesale store. How am I supposed to know that as a consumer? I drove 40 minutes to leave with no product. Incredibly frustrating

Ridiculous customer service, they were offline and weren’t able to pull up the account I’m approved under and in return, I receive attitude, and no help from the cashier and she said I couldn’t purchase what I needed.

Friendly staff, good prices, lots of products. Ended up shopping much more than intended :)
