I'm absolutely loving Salon Centric in West Covina! The team is top-notch, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Natalie - she's been a lifesaver! So helpful and friendly, she's always got a smile and a solution. The products are amazing, and the service is always on point. Natalie and the team at Salon Centric are the real deal.

Had such an unprofessional experience with Jessica she was rude and unhelpful. I asked her multiple time to give me the amount or estimated amount of my return so I would know how much I could spend but she would not. I ended up just picking a few items n bringing them up to get rang up. I had underestimated the price, so I then asked her if I could grab one more thing then she walked over n said if I was done cause she had another guest so I asked if I could have a gift card for the remaining balance. If she would have told me the amount all could have been avoided. So after telling her that I guess it set her off and that when she told me she didn’t even have to help me and to get out of her store. She was so confrontational . I will never be going to that location again.

I don’t go to this location anymore because I had very bad experiences with the women there, they’re rude and disrespectful. Asking for your ID. I rather drive to Arcadia is a total difference they are very nice and helpful.

Love this store but oh my gosh what is up with the air conditioning ? It feels hotter in there than it feels outside, hope the store fixes this before the summer heat really rolls in, very uncomfortable in there

Love this place. You need a license to purchase here, so be aware of that. Great service, great selection and reasonable prices.
