Whoever was working today February 8 was AWFUL. Acted like she was doing me a huge favor in processing a recall without a receipt. Maybe you should keep better records for future recalls if you need a receipt. I don’t keep receipts for stuff I have no intention of returning. In the nearly 20 years of being a stylist I can think of literally one single item I have returned because it malfunctioned. This recall impacted me, I have no control over that. And needing a receipt for a recall is absolute stupidity.
I called there to hold a flat iron for my sister in law to pick up and they were so kind and helpful! Thanks for making that experience a good one 😊
