I bought 11 items from this store and Carly G. charged me for 12, and I told her let me get 2 they are on sale, but she said no and then she still scanned the amika conditioner 2x on regular price. They were supposed to be $23.44 per bottle instead, she charged me $46.87 2x.

Please make it more clear that you will not sell products to anyone who is not a licensed profesional. I drove all the way here and picked out exactly what i needed and was not able to purchase anything. I had to leave empty handed.

Unfortunately, my visit today (11/4/22 at 3:44pm) was awful. The Employee Carly G. Had horrible customer service. I didn’t appreciate her tone, sarcasm, and lack of professionalism. I believe all customers should be treated the same.

This store is staffed with a hardworking, conscientious, and courteous staff. I am lucky to have this store so close.

Wonderful customer service, but they don't have much for skin therapists. I wish they would have more of Dermalogica.
