I received an email stating that my order was ready for pickup that I placed the previous day, so I drove 25 minutes to the store. When I arrived, I was told the order hadn’t even been picked yet. The employee said she needed to help other customers before assisting me, and when I chose to grab the items myself, she was visibly frustrated and had an attitude the entire time. To top it off, she wouldn’t even provide a box for my $150 order. This was easily one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. Very disappointed.

This is one of the worst locations that I have visited. It always seems like you are bothering the employees. Not willing to help you, and ignore you once the phone rings. Instead of saying, "excuse me a minute" and placing the call on hold. Drive further to another store.

Kelly has horrible customer service skills. I have been a customer for 30 years. She has ruined the image of the business. I will never spend a dime there again

They were closed randomly on a Thursday at 3:46pm. Really frustrating when you drive out of your way and all you see when you get there is a small note on the door saying “closed, be back tomorrow” 😡

Love coming to this store since It’s a whole different vibe now! 💖Joanna is wonderful sweet and caring. She is always receiving me with a great big smile and asking how my day is going. We need more people like her❤️
