The sales staff in the store are always nice, professional and helpful.

Not the nicest customer service , you can tell the manager doesn’t like her job . Not one smile from her and very stern . Complimented a display and had nothing to say , I know she heard me because I was right by the register and she was there with no one else in the store . She took a look at the display and had nothing to say . I commented to some girlfriends about the customer service and they feel the same . Don’t particularly like to go there because of this but this store has what I need at times

I love the Amika products recommended by Krystal G. A super friendly girl who works at one of my favorite SC beauty supply store. My scalp is always itching and dry my hair is super dry and just frizz no curls left. Krystal knows her products well, she gifted me some awesome samples to properly remove buildup and bring back the PH balance of my hair (K18), Olaplex 4-in -1, Redkin mega curls hydramelt treatment to mention a few , to try them out….. but hands down my ultimate favorite was “the kure” intense bond repair mask by amika: Came back to buy the whole regimen with shampoo and conditioner and leave Krystal a review because Dominican hair is not easy to hydrate properly and she knows alot of the great products in the store.👌

the lady waited until i was done asking her a million questions and had my arms full at the counter to tell me that she couldnt cash me out unless i had a certification. she made me put back all my stuff. i wish you would somehow advertise on google or on your door or something that you only help professionals. all i did was look up beauty supply store and you were the first on the list. this is misleading.

The management at this location is absolutely horrible. The woman working here fulltime is beyond rude! Simply put, she is an embarrassment to your business. Her attitude is unacceptable, and I'll actively encourage every single professional that I know to stay away from this location! I don't care if it's more expensive to order the products that I need or not.
