Needed to stop by really quick to grab my girlfriend some things before she travels out of town. Upon entrance to the store I was rudely greeted by the cashier that “we’re only open for two more minutes” while he glared me down from the cashier register. Upon looking for our products the sheer rudeness hit me again and I decided to take my business other where anyways. As we left no goodbye nothing, just continuing this malicious stare. I’m not the one I’m not the two. I’ve never felt so disrespected at this location let alone beauty store before. Will not ever bring my business or my colleagues here again.

The staff here are always so warm and welcoming—it really makes a difference! Every visit feels easy and enjoyable thanks to their kindness and great customer service. On top of that, the discounts are fantastic and make quality service even more accessible. Highly recommend!

Mismanaged store who doesn't train employees well...or it's the manager who has the issue since I am not sure who I spoke to today. I agree with the other reviewer who posted about a rude employee. I don't remember the girl's name but she had blue and purple hair. She treated me like a convict trying to rob her store. I was under the impression that my mom and I were following store policies by adding my name to her account. She lives out of state and still wanted me to be able to buy my face lotion and shampoo. The employee rudely looked at my ID, and immediately proceeded to open up an email to customer service to let them know that we were violating policies (which I thought we were following) WHILE rudely telling me that she was doing so (in front of my 6 year old who didn't want to be

Just writing a review because personally would like to speak to a manager about an employee there. The first time I made an order to pick up. They seem very rude. I even told her there was no need for rudeness. Then I go inside the store and she seemed annoyed! I tried to make an order today. Not sure if it is the same girl. But if it is the same girl. Her name is Pricilla she is extremely rude and it is unacceptable. I'm not going to be placing orders there. Rather go to Portland.
