Had a client pick up an order that was placed on the app. Everything was available in stock. When she got to the store a couple days later, she was told the shampoo was not in stock. She was told to drive many miles to the next store to get the sale price/shampoo or she could pay normal price when it comes back in stock. On the phone, I was told by Abby that the app just happened to not coincide with their shelves. I’ve been ordering for over 6 years and have never had this issue. There was no help solving this issue when I believe the product was pulled from this order and placed into someone else’s. Not happy with the outcome.

The manager of this location is so personable. Unfortunately, I can't remember her name, but she said she transferred from Fairlawn. She's quick to help & always makes my experience a great one. Wonderful customer service.

All the ladies working are so lovely! 10/10! Always love coming in!
