Walked in went straight up to the counter showed us around and then denied us service for not being “Liscensed”. Why didn’t you ask if we were liscensed when we walked in?? Terrible service made us put everything back, selection was terrible anyway and prices were idiotic. I can just go on Amazon and buy everything they have for way better and not be denied service. Horrible business sceme .

I am so upset I went to go ask about a new product that I’ve never used. I just had a couple questions about it wondering if they knew and the lady (Jen🤮) gave me a very disgusting look and then told me that if I don’t know how to use styling products then I shouldn’t be dealing with them Which I find very disrespectful and completely unprofessional. I do know what I’m doing. I just had a simple question about a new product and thought she could possibly do her job but I guess that’s too much to ask

I am a liscensed cosmetologist and love going to this store only. They have what I need and they are very helpful. Now to top this off I was oblivious I had left my change one day. Just decided to go back to buy some colors and buy a few dry shampoos....not knowing how considerate they was to put my left change into a envelope for me with my receipt. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you Kelsi (?) for watching out for me and thank you Jared for hiring her

They had my pickup order ready to go when I arrived and checked my ID which is appreciated. The ladies working seemed nice and the place is always well stocked, organized and clean.
